The gym went well today worked on chest, the build up to the world cup means that the numbers of people are decreasing-thankfully. No more "macho" men hogging the machines.

Today workout

Smith machine bench press 5 reps starting at 10 kg finishing on 20 kg
Flys - Dumbbell 5 reps starting on 12kg(6x2) finishing on 32kg (16kg x2)
Close grip dumbbell 5 reps of 24kg(12kgx2)
Peck Deck machine 5 reps 15kg
Dips (2 benches weighted) 5 reps ranging from my own body weight finishing on 25 kg

30 Mins Cardio.

I will definitely sleep well tonight x
